STORM DAMAGE

Wind, hail, and water damage handled end to end, including working directly with your insurance company.

Overview

Storms do not wait for a convenient time, and the damage is not always obvious from the ground. We document everything, lifted shingles, bruised flashing, interior water stains, so nothing gets missed and nothing gets denied.

Insurance claims are stressful. We have done a lot of them. We meet your adjuster on site, speak the language, and advocate for the full, correct scope of repairs so your home is actually made whole.

We provide storm damage across the whole valley, from Naches down to Prosser, with the same free inspection and honest estimate everywhere we work in the Yakima Valley.

After a Storm: What to Check

Once the wind dies down, walk the property, from the ground, and look for:

  • Shingles or shingle pieces in the yard
  • Lifted ridge caps or shingle tabs standing up
  • Dented gutters, downspouts, or window trim from hail
  • Granules piling up at downspout exits
  • New ceiling stains, even small ones
  • Fence, siding, or outbuilding damage (evidence for the claim)

Spotting any of these? Request a free inspection and we will give you a straight answer about what it needs, and what it does not.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with all insurance companies?

Yes. We routinely work with every major carrier and handle the documentation and adjuster coordination so you do not have to.

What if my claim is denied?

A denial is not always the end. We can review the decision, provide additional documentation, and request a re-inspection when the damage warrants it.

How soon can you inspect after a storm?

Fast. Call us and we will get out to assess and, if needed, tarp your roof to prevent further damage while the claim moves forward.

Should I call insurance or a roofer first?

Call us first. A documented inspection before you file means your claim starts with evidence, and you avoid filing a claim that is below your deductible, which can raise premiums for nothing. If the damage justifies it, we help you file and meet the adjuster.

How long do I have to file a storm damage claim?

Most Washington policies allow one to two years from the date of loss, but evidence fades fast as weather wears the damage. Document early even if you decide to file later.
